ACT stands for “Acceptance and Commitment Therapy,” a form of psychotherapy based on empirical evidence (it’s the most well-researched forms of psychotherapy!) that uses six distinct principles to achieve what is known as psychological flexibility. The ability to mentally handle anything and everything that comes your way.

These principles do not exist in a vacuum! You must learn, practice, and master all six to achieve psychological flexibility. It isn’t always easy, but Cad and his friends are ready and willing to help you out.

When we become fused to the stories of our life, we can become lost and stuck in our ways. By seeing experiences as moments that we pass through, we can remember they don't define us and connect to our real self.
